2025 Volkswagen ID.7: The Volkswagen ID.7 is all-new for 2024 as a 2025 model year. It represents the first electric VW sedan to come to the United States, after several models have been launched in Europe. It promises a stylish design with practical comfort and sporty driving dynamics. The ID.7 is a midsize electric car that seats 5 passengers and is only offered as a 4-door sedan. Competitors include the Ford Mustang Mach-E, Hyundai Ioniq 6, BMW i4 and Tesla Model 3.

Four trims are offered: Base, Pro, Pro S, and Pro S Plus. One drivetrain is available: A 77-kWh battery that powers a single rear-mounted motor and delivers 82 horsepower and an estimated 300 miles of range. Only rear-wheel-drive models are offered. Pricing ranges from $50,000 to $62,000.
