2025 Ford Mustang GTD: The Ford Mustang GTD is all-new for 2024, debuting as a 2025 model. The Mustang GTD is the highest, most hardcore expression of the famed pony car, featuring world-class technology gathered from years of racing experience. Competitors include the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, Ferrari 296 GTB, Aston Martin DB12, and Lamborghini Huracan.
The GTD is powered by a supercharged 5.2-liter V8 projected to make 800 horsepower and is paired to an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. A state-of-the-art carbon fiber body aims to reduce weight for better on-track performance, while a dual ride height suspension adjusts the car's ability to generate grip. It sports carbon ceramic brakes at all four corners and utilizes a carbon fiber driveshaft for near 50/50 weight distribution. Pricing starts at $300,000.
