2024 Subaru WRX: The Subaru WRX gets a new flagship TR model for 2024, but otherwise remains unchanged. The TR gets several performance-enhancing upgrades such as stiffer springs, retuned steering, Brembo brakes, a 6-speed manual transmission, high-performance tires, and Recaro seats. WRX is a compact car that seats 5 passengers and is only available as a 4-door sedan. Competitors include the Hyundai Veloster N, Honda Civic Si, Mazda3 Turbo, and Volkswagen GTI.

Five trims are offered: Base, Premium, Limited, GT, and TR. One engine is offered: A turbocharged 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 271 horsepower and pairs to either a 6-speed manual transmission or a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). Only all-wheel-drive models are offered. Pricing ranges from $34,000 to $45,000.
