2024 BMW X2: The BMW X2 heads into 2024 mostly unchanged, with a new dark appearance package being the only change. The X2 is a 5-seat compact car that's only available as a 4-door wagon. Competitors include the Mercedes-Benz GLA, Audi Q3, and Volvo XC40.

Three trims are available: X2 sDrive 28i, X2 xDrive 28i, and X2 M35i. Two different engines are available: A 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder that makes 228 horsepower and a 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder that makes 302 horsepower. Both engines pair to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Front- and rear-wheel-drive models are offered. Pricing ranges from $36,000 to $47,000.
