2024 Lexus RX: The Lexus RX adds a new plug-in hybrid model to the lineup called the RX450h, but otherwise remains unchanged for 2024. The RX is a midsize luxury 2- or 3-row crossover that seats 5 or 7 and is offered only as a 4-door wagon. Competitors include the Acura MDX, Audi Q5, BMW X5, Cadillac XT5, Infiniti Q60, Lincoln Nautilus, Jaguar F-Pace, and Volvo XC60. A hybrid variant is also available.
Eleven trims are offered: RX 350, RX 350 Premium, RX 350h, RX 350 Premium Plus, RX 350h Premium, RX 350h Premium plus, RX 350 F Sport, RX 350 Luxury, RX350h Luxury, RX 500h F Sport Performance, and RX 450h+ Luxury. Four engines are offered: A turbocharged 2.5-liter 4-cylinder that produces 275 horsepower, a turbocharged 2.4-liter 4-cylinder aided by 2 electric motors that produce 246 horsepower (302 in the hybrid, and 367 in the RX500h). All pair with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). Front-wheel-drive is standard with all-wheel-drive being optional. Pricing ranges from $50,000 to $70,000.
