It is suggested that attendees purchase tickets in advance. Tickets will also be available at our McCormick Place ticket booths on public show days. McComick Place is a cashless facility. Credit and debit cards only. (Show box office closes one hour before the show closes.)

Free Admission for children 3 and younger when accompanied by a paying adult. Family members only.

Please note that all attendees will be subject to a security screening upon entering the Chicago Auto Show. Signs, flags, banners are not permitted.
BAG INSPECTION POLICY: All items are subject to visual inspection by security personnel. Only clear tote bags (12”x12”x6” or smaller) and clutch purses (under 9" x 5" x 2" or smaller) are allowed. When an infant is present, diaper bags and strollers are permitted. Outside food and beverage are allowed but the items must conform the Chicago Auto Show's bag policy. Food and beverages are available for purchase on-site.

Scooter and wheelchair rentals are available through Scootaround. Scooter rentals are $70.00 a day and wheelchair rentals are $25.00 a day. Scootaround accepts all major credit cards. Scootaround is located at Gate 4 of McCormick Place (west end of the Grand Concourse). Scooter and wheelchair rentals are on a first-come first-serve basis. Show Background
First staged in 1901, the Chicago Auto Show is the largest auto show in North America and has been held more times than any other auto exposition on the continent. This year marks the 117th edition of the Chicago Auto Show.
Held in McCormick Place, the Chicago show features multiple world and North American Introductions and the complete range of domestic and imported passenger cars, trucks, sport-utility vehicles, minivans, and experimental and concept cars.
In total, the 2025 Chicago Auto Show boasts hundreds of different vehicles from more than two dozen different manufacturers. In addition, you'll find numerous automotive accessories and auto-related exhibits, competition vehicles, project cars, antique and collector vehicles, and interactive exhibits.
Producer
The Chicago Automobile Trade Association (CATA) is the nation's oldest and largest metropolitan dealer organization. The CATA has produced the Chicago Auto Show since 1935.
Exhibits
All Chicago Auto Show exhibits are held in the McCormick Place complex. Exhibitions include: multiple world and North American introductions; a complete range of domestic and imported passenger cars and trucks; sport utility vehicles; and experimental or concept cars. In total, nearly 1,000 different vehicles will be on display. Additionally, attendees will also have the opportunity to see numerous accessories and auto-related exhibits, competition vehicles and project, antique and collector cars.
