2019 Ford Transit Connect: The 2019 Ford Transit Connect wagon made its debut at the 2018 Chicago Auto Show. It is a smaller version of Ford's Transit that competes with the Nissan NV200 and Ram ProMaster City. It's meant to usher passengers and cargo through urban environments. For 2019 it sees an exterior and interior design refresh, two new powertrains, and new high-tech driver-assist features.
There are two engines available: An all-new 1.5-liter four-cylinder diesel engine and a 2.0-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine with direct injection. Both engines pair to an all-new eight-speed automatic transmission.
Available features include Ford's Sync 3 multimedia suite with Alexa connectivity, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, adaptive cruise control, leather seats, heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, and tilt/telescope steering wheel.
Available safety features include rearview camera, blind-spot information system with rear cross-traffic alert, lane-keeping assist, pre-collision assist with pedestrian detection, stability control, and dual-front and front-side airbags.
