2024 Ford Ranger: The Ford Ranger is all-new for 2024, featuring new styling inside and out, as well as a new Raptor high-performance off-road trim. The Ranger is a midsize, 4-door pickup truck that seats 5 passengers. Competitors include the Toyota Tacoma, Nissan Frontier, and Honda Passport.
Four trims are offered: XL, XLT, Lariat, and Raptor. Three engines are available: A turbo 2.3-liter 4-cylinder that produces 270 horsepower, and a twin-turbo 2.7-liter V6 that produces 315 horsepower. There’s also a twin-turbo 2.7-liter V6 with 405 horsepower in the Ranger Raptor. All engines pair to a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel-drive is standard with four-wheel-drive being optional.
The Ranger Raptor is a high-performance off-road truck making its debut in 2024. It features more rugged and aggressive styling, a higher-end cabin, a 405-horsepower engine, and high-tech suspension for Baja-style driving. Pricing ranges from $34,000 to $57,000.
