Ford Expedition: The 2018 Ford Expedition is an all-new three-row full-size SUV with capacity for seven or eight passengers depending on seating configuration. It competes with the Chevy Tahoe and Suburban, GMC Yukon and Yukon XL, and Mercedes-Benz GLS.
Powered by a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 that makes 375 horsepower that mates to a 10-speed automatic transmission, the Expedition is available with two-wheel or all-wheel drive. Ford has not yet released fuel-economy figures.
The 2018 Expedition is available in three trims: XLT, Limited, Platinum. Available features include USB, wi-fi hotspot, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, hands-free liftgate, wireless charging, Sync 3 multimedia system, remote vehicle control via app, premium audio, cargo management system, and vista panoramic sunroof.
Available safety features include adaptive cruise control, blind-spot information system and 360-degree camera, lane departure warning, frontal collision warning, automatic braking, three-row safety canopy and curtain airbags.
The Expedition will be built in Louisville, Kentucky and it goes on sale this fall.
