Jeep

Camp Jeep makes its return for the ninth time hosting a trail-rated, off-road course with professional 4x4 drivers allowing riders to experience the legendary on/off road capability of Jeep inside the Chicago Auto Show. The track features a thrilling "Can't Miss" hill climb enabling passengers to experience the traction capabilities while climbing an 18-foot high, 35-degree Jeep Mountain.

The track is comprised of several obstacles which simulate some of the rigorous testing that Jeep vehicles endure like rugged terrain, traversing fallen logs measuring 15-inches in diameter, and a 30-degree wedge to demonstrate the vehicle's unchallenged articulation. There will be a 24' climbing wall and Kids Course with kid-sized Jeeps for the younger fans to participate in the fun. Featured vehicles in the display are the Jeep Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, Compass and Patriot.

Chrysler/Dodge/Fiat

Next stop to visit is the multi-brand track experience giving you a taste of all the different vehicles on the market from the Chrysler Family. It is a unique, informative in-vehicle experience conducted in-doors where attendees can choose the vehicle of their choice and ride with a professional driver. The ride offers a first-hand in-vehicle experience with a scenic setting equipped with challenging obstacles and slaloms to demonstrate vehicle ride and handling, as well as, acceleration, braking, NVH, safety and fuel economy. Vehicles featured on the track are the Chrysler 300, Chrysler 200, Chrysler Town and Country, Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Dart, Fiat 500 Abarth, and Fiat 500 Sport.

Toyota

Also returning to the show floor for the third time is Toyota. This year the automaker will host a "Let's Go for a Ride" Test Track, a new indoor course will provide show goers with a unique and personalized ride in a variety of Toyota vehicles. Participants will learn more about Toyota's new design and styling philosophy, industry-leading fuel efficiency measures, safety features in the company's Star Safety System, successful motorsports pursuits and its award-winning, in-car Entune(r) multimedia system. The "Let's Go For A Ride" course, spanning more than 30,000 square feet of McCormick Center's South Hall, will involve Toyota products such as the Avalon, Avalon Hybrid, Camry, Camry Hybrid, Prius c, Prius v, and Venza.

Toyota has also partnered with three esteemed charities in the company's "Drive for A Cause" campaign. For those show attendees who fully participate in the indoor ride and drive, they will have the opportunity to choose from one of the three charities - American Red Cross, AMVETS and National Park Foundation - and Toyota will make a contribution to that organization on their behalf.
