Internship Excitement

Before coming to the Chicago Auto Show as an intern, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do after graduation. I have had many great experiences to help shape my college career, but none of those opportunities have compared to what I have gained from the Chicago Auto Show. Having this amazing opportunity did not only provide me with an amazing experience and tons of fun, but it has also given me the confidence to know where I see myself after graduation.
Throughout my time at the nation's largest auto show, I had the amazing opportunity to attend many press conferences and the unveilings of new cars. These experiences have begun to help shape exactly what I see myself doing after graduation in May.
The automotive industry was never on my radar as a destination for me after graduation. With the Chicago Auto Show internship under my belt, it has become clear that the automotive industry has endless possibilities within the public relations, advertising and social media worlds. After this incredible week, I am confident that I would happily work within the automotive industry and the biggest reason for that is the Chicago Auto Show.
This week has been an experience I would do ten times over if I could. I will always remember everything that I have learned and take it with me in the real world. The experience that I gained will help me immensely far into life thanks to the Chicago Auto Show!
