Hyundai 2013 Genesis Coupe
2013 HYUNDAI GENESIS COUPE: Significantly redesigned for 2013, the Genesis Coupe is one of the exciting new vehicles on display in the Hyundai exhibit at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show. This model year, the Genesis Coupe is available in 2.0T, 2.0T R-Spec, 2.0T Premium, 3.8 R-Spec, 3.8 Grand Touring and 3.8 Track trim packages. Fresh styling cues include a new front fascia, grille, headlights, fog lights, hood designs, LED-enhanced taillights plus unique 18- and 19-inch rims. Backing up the more aggressive styling, both the four-cylinder and V6 engines benefit from significant technology enhancements. The 3.8-liter V6 receives sophisticated direct-injection for 348 horsepower and 295 lb. ft. of torque. With new, more precise twin-scroll turbocharger and larger intercooler, the 2.0-liter turbocharged I4 sets free 271hp and 275 lb. ft. of torque. Delivering all that performance to the rear wheels is the six-speed manual gearbox or new automatic transmission with eight-speeds and paddle-shift SHIFTRONIC manual-shifting capability. Hyundai’s proprietary telematics platform, Blue Link, is now available, providing Genesis Coupe owners with a variety of infotainment services to meet their individual connectivity needs.
