2016 AUDI TT/TTS: All-new for 2016, the Audi TT boasts an exciting new design; driver-focused orientation and available in Coupe and Roadster variations. The TTS is offered only as a coupe. Both the TT and TTS are true Sports Cars. The Audi TT Coupe and Roadster are powered by a 2.0-liter TFSI turbocharged and direct-injected, four-cylinder engine. It produces 220-horsepower and sprints from 0-to-60 mph in 5.3 seconds (Coupe) and 5.6 sec. (Roadster). For those who demand more performance, the TTS takes the same 2.0L engine and pumps out 292-hp and knocks down the 0-60 to 4.6 seconds. All TT and TTS models are fitted with a six-speed dual clutch automatic transmission, and both models come standard with a new quattro all-wheel-drive system that delivers percentage front to rear by measuring the coefficient of traction at all four wheels via 150 readings every 10 milliseconds, and for the first time can be controlled through the Audi drive select system. When in dynamic mode, the Quattro system has a rear-wheel power bias. Fresh styling cues feature a broader and flatten Singleframe grille and sharp contours across the hood where the Audi rings are now prominently positioned. Around back, are centrally mounted, round exhaust tailpipes and electric rear spoiler. A further expression of its sports car DNA is the driver-orientated cockpit with a new flat-bottom, aluminum-trimmed steering wheel, and the traditional gauges are replaced with an entirely digital instrument cluster that changes the way the driver interacts with the vehicle. Hi-tech items include an available Bang & Olufsen 680 watt surround sound system with 12 speakers that offer almost true-to-life sound reproduction. Audi TT Roadster model has roll-bars with aluminum-optic trim. Standard wheels are 18-inch 5-twin spoke dynamic design wheels, and an aluminum-optic fuel filler door with TT logo covers capless refueling.
