Chicago-based Rock and Soul artist, Krystal Metcalfe is a native of St. Louis, MO. Krystal's passion for music began at a very young age. Her main influences include Soul singer Aretha Franklin, and powerhouse Chaka Khan. With much discipline and practice, she's acquired the ability to skillfully cross-pollinate Rock 'n' Soul
with Musical Theatre to create her own unique sound. Her recent release of her EP "In Real Life" earned her a feature in the Chicago Tribune, several appearances on ABC7's Windy City Live, as well as a new artist spotlight in Jet magazine. Krystal was named one of the Redeye's "Top 15 Chicago artist to watch for 2015". Krystal has opened for artist’s Nick Waterhouse, Avery Sunshine, & Liv Warfield.
