2026 Honda Passport: All new for 2026, the Honda Passport is a 5-passenger, 4-door wagon that competes in the midsize crossover class. Its main competitors include the Chevrolet Blazer, Hyundai Santa Fe, Kia Sorento, Nissan Murano, and Toyota Highlander. New features for 2025 include hill descent control, full-size spare tire option, front recovery hooks, steel skidplates, and the TrailWatch camera system.
The 2026 Honda Passport offers three trim levels: RTL, TrailSport, and TrailSport Elite. All trims are powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine producing 285 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The TrailSport and TrailSport Elite trims feature a 2nd generation i-VTM4 torque-vectoring all-wheel drive system that can send up to 70% of torque to the rear axle. The TrailSport Elite trim also includes a TrailWatch camera system with tire path graphics.
The 2026 Honda Passport will begin arriving at dealers in early 2025 with a starting price in the mid-$40,000s. Safety features include standard Honda Sensing suite (adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, collision mitigation braking, and road departure mitigation). Optional equipment includes HondaCare® Protection Plans, HondaLink®, rear-seat entertainment, and Honda Genuine Accessories like rock sliders and MOLLE storage systems.
