It is available only as a two-seater coupe, and its key competitors include the Porsche 718 Cayman and the Alpine A1101. New for 2025, the Emira features a 360-horsepower turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine supplied by Mercedes-AMG, making it the most powerful four-cylinder Lotus ever. Additionally, the Emira offers a Toyota-derived supercharged 3.5-liter V6 engine producing 400 horsepower, with the option of a manual or automatic transmission.
The 2025 Lotus Emira comes in two trim levels: Standard and First Edition. The Standard trim includes the 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine paired with a dual-clutch transmission (DCT), while the First Edition offers the V6 engine with a choice of manual or automatic transmission.
