The EV9 is a three-row electric SUV that can seat up to 6 passengers. Competitors include the Chevy Blazer, Honda Prologue and VW ID.4.
Five trims are offered: Light RWD, Light Long Range RWD, Wind e-AWD, Land e-AWD, and GT-Line e-AWD. There are three drivetrains available: A single-motor, normal range variant with a 76.1-kWh battery pack and 215 horsepower (201 hp in long range trim) and 230 miles of range, and a dual-motor long range with a 99.8-kWh pack with 379 horsepower and 270-304 miles of range depending on trim.
Pricing for the 2025 Kia EV9 starts at $54,900 for the Light trim and goes up to $73,900 for the GT-Line trim. Safety features across all trims include Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, and Lane Departure Warning. Optional equipment includes Heated and Ventilated Front Seats and Panoramic Sunroof.
