2024 GMC Sierra 1500: The GMC Sierra gets minor tweaks for 2024, including new exterior colors, and a new active exhaust system for trucks equipped with the 6.2-liter V8 engine. The 3.0-liter Duramax diesel engine is now also standard on all AT4 trims. Three cab sizes are available: Regular, Double Cab, and Crew Cab. Competitors include the Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra and Nissan Titan.

Eight trims are available: Pro, SLE, Elevation, SLT, Denali, AT4, AT4X, and Denali Ultimate. Four engines are offered: A 2.7-liter turbo 4-cylinder that makes 310 horsepower, a 5.3-liter V8 that makes 355 horsepower, a 6.2-liter V8 that makes 420 horsepower, and a 3.0-liter 6-cylinder turbo diesel that makes 277 horsepower. Rear-wheel drive is standard with four-wheel drive being optional. Pricing ranges from $39,000 to $85,000.
