2024 Ford Bronco Sport: The Ford Bronco Sport adds a new Free Wheeling Edition for 2024, but otherwise remains unchanged. The Free Wheeling Edition adds throwback graphics and color combinations, as well as vintage-looking wheels and grilles. Also, the base model is now discontinued. Bronco Sport is a compact crossover that seats 5 and is only available as a 4-door wagon. Competitors include the Chevrolet Equinox, Honda CR-V, Hyundai Tucson, Jeep Compass, Nissan Rogue Sport and Toyota RAV4.
Five trims are offered: Big Bend, Heritage Edition, Free Wheeling, Outer Banks, and Badlands. Two engines are available: A turbocharged, 1.5-liter 3-cylinder that makes 181 horsepower, and a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder that makes 245 horsepower. Both engines mate to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Only 4-wheel drive models are offered. Pricing ranges from $33,000 to $40,000.
