2022 Maserati Levante: The Maserati Levante remains mostly unchanged for 2022, with a reshuffle of the model’s trims and optional equipment. That includes a new model lineup that ditches GranLusso, GranSport and GTS. The Levante is a luxury Italian car that seats 5 passengers and is only offered as a 4-door wagon. Competitors include the BMW X5, Mercedes-Benz GLE, Alfa Romeo Stelvio, and Audi Q7.
Four models are offered: GT, Modena, Modena S, and Trofeo. Two engines are offered: A twin-turbo V6 that makes 350 horsepower (430 in Modena trim) and pairs to an 8-speed automatic transmission. A twin-turbo V8 that makes 550 horsepower (580 in Trofeo) also pairs to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Only all-wheel-drive modes are offered.
The Trofeo model is the range-topping Levante, and it can do 0-60 in just 3.6 seconds. It features adaptive shocks and range-specific badging, as well as other interior touches. Pricing ranges from $80,000 to $155,000.
