2024 BMW X1: The BMW X1 gets a new M35i xDrive variant for 2024, but otherwise remains unchanged after a full redesign in 2023. The X1 is a premium compact crossover that seats 5 passengers and is only offered as a 4-door wagon. Its competitors include the Acura RDX, Audi Q3, and Lexus NX.

Two trims are offered: X1 xDrive 28i and M35i xDrive. One engine is offered: a 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that makes 241 horsepower (312 hp in the M35) and pairs to a 7-speed, dual-clutch automatic transmission. Only all-wheel-drive models are offered. Pricing ranges from $41,000 to $61,000.
