2021 Bugatti Chiron: The 2019 Chiron is a 2-seat, ultra-limited production sports car that’s only available as a 2-door coupe. All-wheel-drive is standard. Competitors include the Audi R8, Aston Martin Vanquish, Lamborghini Aventador, Mercedes Benz AMG, Porsche 911. By most accounts, the Chiron is the fastest regular production car in the world.
Sole engine is a quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W-16 engine (yes, 16 cylinders) that produces 1,479 horsepower and pairs to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The Chiron delivers a zero-to-60 time of 2.5 seconds and has a top speed of 261 mph.
The Chiron starts at $2,998,000, before options. Specialty models include Divo, which wears ultra-aggressive bodywork and is tuned for racetrack performance, Centodieci with styling inspired by the iconic Bugatti EB110, La Voiture Noire — The Black Car — a one-off which pays homage to the brand's early vehicles and costs nearly $20,000,000.
