2019 Volkswagen Arteon: The 2019 Volkswagen Arteon is the German automaker's all-new entrant in the competitive mid-size sedan field, and it replaces the outgoing CC. It competes with vehicles such as the Acura TLX and Infiniti Q50.
There will be only one engine offered at launch, a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with direct-injection that makes 268 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. It will pair to a new eight-speed automatic transmission, and the Arteon will be available with front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive.
The 2019 Arteon will be offered in three trims: SE, SEL, and SEL Premium. Available features include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, heated front seats, heated rear seats, fog lamps, sunroof, leather seats, hands-free trunk release, dual-zone climate control, adaptive cruise control, satellite radio, Bluetooth, USB, navigation, and premium audio.
Available safety features include rearview camera, forward-collision warning with autonomous emergency braking, automatic high beams, blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert, lane-departure warning, park distance control, post-collision braking, park assist, and dual-front, front-side and side-curtain airbags.
