2019 Honda HR-V: The 2019 Honda HR-V is a 5-seat crossover that's only available as a 4-door wagon. Front and all-wheel-drive models are offered. Competitors include the Mazda CX-3, Kia Soul and Ford EcoSport. For 2019, it sees a refreshed exterior and interior design, LED headlights and new high-tech safety features.
There is only one engine available: A 1.8-liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 141 horsepower. It mates to either a six-speed manual or a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). EPA-estimated fuel economy ranges from 25 mpg city to 34 mpg highway depending on equipment configuration.
There are five trim levels available: LX, Sport, EX and EX-L and Touring. Available features include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, power moonroof, Bluetooth, leather seats, heated front seats, infotainment system, Pandora, satellite radio, USB and infotainment system. Safety features include forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane keeping assist, road departure mitigation, rearview camera and lane departure warning.
New features for 2019 include standard Honda Sensing package, LED headlights, updated infotainment system and an updated audio system with a physical volume knob.
