The 2018 Toyota 4Runner is the latest version of a nameplate that is well-known among the off-road set. This four-door, five- or seven-seat SUV competes against vehicles such as the Ford Edge and Jeep Grand Cherokee. The 4Runner remains unchanged for 2018.
The 4Runner has a 4.0-liter V6 that makes 270 horsepower and pairs with a five-speed automatic transmission. Buyers can choose between two-wheel and four-wheel drive. EPA-estimated fuel economy is listed at 17 mpg city/22 mpg highway with two-wheel drive and 17/21 with four-wheel drive.
The 4Runner is offered in SR5, SR5 Premium, TRD Off-Road, TRD Off-Road Premium, Limited, and TRD Pro trims. Available features include moonroof, air conditioning, keyless entry, infotainment system with app suite, navigation, USB, Bluetooth, satellite radio, heated front seats, and cooled front seats.
