2018 Porsche 911: The latest version of Porsche's iconic four-seat sports car, the 2018 Porsche 911, competes with other two-door sports cars such as the Chevrolet Corvette, Audi R8, Bentley Continental GT, and Nissan GT-R. For 2018, all 911s come with a year of complimentary scheduled maintenance.
A wide range of engine configurations are available: A 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged horizontally-opposed six-cylinder engine that makes 370 or 420 horsepower depending on trim, and a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged horizontally-opposed six-cylinder that makes 540 or 580 horsepower also depending on trim. The 911 is available with rear-wheel or all-wheel drive, and a seven-speed manual or seven-speed automatic transmission. EPA-estimated fuel economy ranges from 19 mpg city to 29 mpg highway, depending on variant.
Several trims are offered: Carrera, Carrera S, Carrera T, Turbo, Turbo S, Turbo S Exclusive, GTS, GT3, and GT2 RS. Targa and Cabriolet convertible versions are also available. Available features include navigation, adaptive cruise control, Bluetooth, leather seats, sports seats, heated seats, heated steering wheel, power sunroof, satellite radio, and an infotainment/telematics system that includes a touchscreen, smartphone connection, and app suite.
Available safety features include anti-lock brakes, lane-change assist, multi-collision brake system, and dual-front, front-side, driver- and passenger-knee and side-curtain airbags.
