2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport: Sharing space in the lineup with the larger Outlander, the 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport is a subcompact crossover SUV that competes with the Honda CR-V, Kia Sportage, and Mazda CX-5. For 2018, it sees the addition of a new seven-inch touchscreen with phone/audio Bluetooth capabilities, as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support. A new range-topping Touring Package is also new for 2018.
There are two engines to choose from - a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that makes 148 horsepower and a 2.4-liter four-cylinder that makes 168 horsepower. There are two available transmissions: A five-speed manual and a continuously-variable automatic (CVT). Fuel economy ranges from 23 mpg city to 30 mpg highway, according to EPA measurements.
Available trim levels include ES, SE, and SEL. Key available features include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, automatic climate control, satellite radio, heated front seats, navigation, Bluetooth, USB, leather seats, and fog lamps.
