2018 Mini Countryman: The 2018 Mini Countryman is a subcompact four-door that competes against the Audi Q3, Kia Soul, BMW X1, and Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class. For 2018, it sees the addition of Apple CarPlay support as part of the Technology Package. A high-performance and hybrid variants are also available.
Available engines include a 1.5-liter twin-turbocharged three-cylinder that makes 134 horsepower, a 2.0-liter twin-turbocharged four-cylinder that makes 189 horsepower, a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that makes 228 horsepower (JCW), and a 1.5-liter twin-turbocharged three-cylinder hybrid that pairs with an electric motor for 221 system horsepower. Available transmissions include six-speed manual, six-speed automatic, and an eight-speed automatic. The Countryman is available with front-wheel or all-wheel drive.
Available features include Apple CarPlay, leather upholstery, wireless charging, head-up display, adaptive cruise control, heated and ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, infotainment system, navigation, and Bluetooth.
Available safety features include rearview camera, rain-sensing wipers, blind-spot monitoring, rear park assist, and a standard suite of airbags.
