2018 Mercedes-Benz C-Class: The 2018 Mercedes-Benz C-Class is a compact luxury sedan that competes with the Audi A4, BMW 3- and 4-Series, and Lexus IS and ES. It also offers AMG performance variants, as well as convertible, coupe and hybrid versions. For 2018, it sees the addition of a new nine-speed automatic transmission, power moonroof, LED headlights, and a rearview camera as standard features.
Available engines include a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that makes 241 horsepower, a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that combines with an electric motor makes 275 horsepower, a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 that makes 362 horsepower and a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 that makes 469 and 503 horsepower depending on trim. The C-Class is available with rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. All models with the exception of the AMG variants feature a nine-speed automatic transmission, AMG models sport a seven-speed automatic.
There are six different models available: C300, C300 4MATIC, C350e Hybrid, AMG C43, AMG C63, and AMG C63 S. Available features include infotainment and telematics system, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, built-in WiFi hotspot, ambient lighting, satellite radio, power trunk release, keyless entry, power rear sunshade, navigation, satellite radio, and air suspension.
Available safety features include blind-spot monitoring, rear-view camera, adaptive braking, attention assist, collision-prevention system, and dual-front, front-side, rear-side, driver's knee and side-curtain airbags.
