2018 Lincoln MKX: The 2018 Lincoln MKX is based on the Ford Edge and it competes with the BMW X5, Lexus RX, and Volvo XC60. It heads into 2018 unchanged, as it's replacement, the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus prepares to arrive on showroom floors in the Spring.
The MKX is offered with two engines: A 3.7-liter V6 that makes 303 horsepower and a 2.7-liter twin-turbocharged V6 that makes 335 horsepower. Both pair with a six-speed automatic transmission. The MKX is available with front- or all-wheel drive. EPA-estimated fuel-economy ranges from 16 mpg city to 25 mpg highway.
There are four available trims: Premiere, Select, Reserve, and Black Label. Available features include Sync 3 multimedia suite, satellite radio, navigation, premium audio, USB, Bluetooth, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof, power seats, power-folding rear seats, etc.
Available safety features include rearview camera, blind-spot monitoring, stability control, lane-keeping assist, lane-departure warning, smart cruise control, and dual-front, driver-knee and side-curtain airbags.
