2018 Lincoln Continental: The 2018 Lincoln Continental is the brand's flagship sedan, and it competes with the Volvo S90, Acura RLX, Cadillac CT6, and Genesis G90. It remains unchanged for 2018.
There are three available engines: A 3.7-liter V6 that makes 305 horsepower, a 2.7-liter twin-turbocharged V6 that makes 335 horsepower, and a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 that makes 400 horsepower. All pair with a six-speed automatic transmission. The Continental is available with front- or all-wheel drive. EPA-estimated fuel economy is rated at 16 mpg city 24 mpg highway for the 3.7-liter, 17/25 for the 2.7-liter, and 16/24 for the 3.0-liter engine.
There are four different trims available: Premiere, Select, Reserve, and Black Label. Available features include heated and cooled front seats, navigation, premium audio, USB, satellite radio, Ford's Sync 3 multimedia suite, heated steering wheel, power sunroof, smart cruise control, and a hands-free power trunk release and closing.
Available safety features will include a blind-spot monitor, rear cross-traffic detection, rearview camera, lane-keeping assist, lane-departure warning, automatic emergency braking, LED headlights, and dual-front, front-side, front-knee and side-curtain airbags.
