2018 Hyundai Tucson

2018 Hyundai Tucson: The 2018 Hyundai Tucson is a five-seat compact crossover SUV that competes with the Ford Escape and Toyota RAV4. For 2018 it remains unchanged.

Two engines are offered: A 2.0-liter four-cylinder that makes 164 horsepower or a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that makes 175 horsepower. The 2.0-liter mates to a six-speed automatic transmission, while the 1.6-liter mates to a seven-speed automatic. The Tucson is available with front-wheel or all-wheel drive. Fuel-economy ranges from 21 mpg city to 32 mpg highway.

The Tucson is available in seven trims: SE, SE Plus, Eco, Value Edition, Night, and Limited. Available features include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, power liftgate, keyless entry, rear spoiler, fog lamps, push-button start, sunroof, heated front seats, heated rear seats, cooled front seats, Bluetooth, USB, Blue Link connectivity system, satellite radio, and navigation system.

Available safety features include blind-spot detection, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-change assist, rear-view camera, lane-departure warning, automatic emergency braking, rear parking sensors, traction control, stability control, anti-lock brakes and dual-front, front-side and front and rear side-curtain airbags.
