2018 Honda Civic: The 2018 Honda Civic is a five-seat compact car that is available in sedan, coupe, and hatchback forms. It competes with vehicles such as the Chevrolet Cruze, Ford Focus, and Toyota Corolla. For 2018, the Civic remains unchanged. A sporty Si and Type R versions are also available.
There are two engine with various power outputs: A 2.0-liter four-cylinder and a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder. The former makes 158 horsepower and the latter makes 174, 180, or 205 horsepower depending on trim. The Civic is front-wheel drive. Both engines are available with either a six-speed manual transmission or a continuously-variable automatic transmission. EPA-estimated fuel economy ranges from 28 mpg city to 40 mpg highway, depending on trim, bodystyle, engine, and transmission.
Trim levels include LX, EX, EX-T, EX-L, Si, and Touring for the coupe; LX, LX-P, EX-T, EX-L, Si, and Touring for the sedan. Hatchback trims include: LX, Sport, EX, EX-L Navi, Sport Touring and Type R. Available features include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, adaptive cruise control, cruise control, dual-zone climate control, heated front seats, leather seats, Bluetooth, USB, Pandora, satellite radio, and navigation system.
