2018 GMC Sierra HD

2018 GMC Sierra HD: The 2018 GMC Sierra HD is the heavy-duty version of the brand's full-size pickup truck, and it competes with the Ford F-250 and Ram 2500. The truck is available in regular, double, and crew cab models. A high-end Denali version is available. For 2018 it adds a tire pressure monitor system with fill alert, new seven-inch infotainment touchscreen, rearview camera, and a new front grille in the range-topping model.

The Sierra HD is powered by a 6.0-liter V8 that makes 360 horsepower or a 6.6-liter turbocharged diesel engine that makes 445 horsepower. It's available with two-wheel or all-wheel drive. Both engines pair to a six-speed automatic transmission. Towing capacity ranges from 13,000 to 22,700 pounds depending on configuration.

There are four trims available: Base, SLE, SLT, and Denali. Key available features include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, wireless device charging, 4G LTE hotspot, leather seats, heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, remote-locking tailgate, infotainment system, HD radio, navigation system, Bluetooth, and USB ports.

Available safety features include lane-departure warning, forward-collision alert, front and rear park assist, and dual-front, front-side and side-curtain airbags.
