2018 Dodge Charger: The 2018 Dodge Charger is a four-door, five-seat full-size sedan that competes with the Buick LaCrosse, Chevrolet Impala, Ford Taurus, and Nissan Maxima. For 2018, the Charger gains new standard features like rearview camera, rear park assist, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as exterior colors and performance upgrades on select trims.
The Charger is available with four engines: A 3.6-liter V6 that makes 292 horsepower, a 5.7-liter V8 that makes 370 horsepower, a 6.4-liter V8 that makes 485 horsepower, and a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 that makes 707 horsepower. All engines pair with eight-speed automatic transmissions. The Charger is available with rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. EPA-estimated fuel economy numbers are 19 mpg city and 30 mpg highway for the V6 (18/27 with all-wheel drive), 16/25 for the 5.7-liter V8, 15/25 for the 6.4-liter V8 and 13/22 for the 6.2-liter supercharged V8.
Available trim levels include SXT, SXT Plus, GT, GT Plus R/T, Daytona, R/T Scat Pack, Daytona 392, SRT 392, and SRT Hellcat.
