2018 Chevrolet Trax: The 2018 Chevrolet Trax is a five-seat subcompact crossover SUV that competes with the Mitsubishi Outlander and Nissan Juke. For 2018 it remains unchanged but sees the addition of new exterior colors and a Redline Special Edition model.
The Trax is powered by a 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that makes 138 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic transmission. It's available with either front-wheel or all-wheel drive. Trax has an EPA-estimated fuel economy of 25 mpg city/33 mpg highway (24/30 with all-wheel drive).
The Trax is offered in four trims: LS, LT and Premier, and Redline. Available features include 4G LTE hotspot with wireless charging, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, 18-inch wheels, keyless entry and start, 60/40 split-fold rear seat and remote start.
Safety features include blind-spot alert, rear cross-traffic alert, forward-collision alert, lane-departure warning, stability control, traction control, rear-view camera and park assist, dual-front, front-side, side-curtain, knee and rear-seat mounted airbags.
