2017 Lexus LX

2017 Lexus LX: The 2017 Lexus LX is a truck-type full-size luxury SUV that competes against other high-dollar SUVs like the Cadillac Escalade and the Mercedes-Benz GL-Class. This eight-seat SUV, also known as the LX 570, is little changed for 2017 - the biggest change is that previously optional safety equipment is now standard.

The LX is powered by a 5.7-liter V8 that makes 383 horsepower and pairs with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The LX has full-time four-wheel drive and an EPA-estimated fuel-economy rating of 13 mpg city and 18 mpg highway.

Available features include rear spoiler, moonroof, crawl control, trailer sway control, power-fold second- and third-row seats, navigation, Bluetooth, USB, satellite radio, rear-seat entertainment, head-up display, remote control of select vehicle functions via app, premium audio, heated and cooled front and second-row outboard seats, and wireless cell-phone charging.

Available safety features include blind-spot monitor with cross-traffic detection, lane-departure alert, pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, dynamic radar cruise control, stability control, and dual-front, front-side, second-row-side, driver- and passenger-knee and all-row side-curtain airbags.

The 2017 Lexus LX has a base price of $89,380, not including dealer and destination fees.
