2017 Lexus GX

2017 Lexus GX: The 2017 Lexus GX is a three-row, seven-seat large SUV that competes with vehicles such as the Audi Q7, Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, and Volvo XC90. Unlike a car-based crossover, the GX has truck-like body-on-frame construction to give it more utility off-road. For 2017, the GX, also called the GX 460, sees minor changes, including a newly available design package.

The GX has one engine: A 4.6-liter V8 that makes 301 horsepower. It pairs to a six-speed automatic transmission, and the GX has full-time four-wheel drive. Fuel economy is EPA-estimated at 15 mpg city and 20 mpg highway.

Available features include power moonroof, power tilt/telescope steering wheel, Bluetooth, premium audio, USB ports, satellite radio, 8-inch touch screen, navigation, fog lamps, heated and cooled front seats, heated second-row seats, heated steering wheel, infotainment system, remote control of select vehicle functions via app, park assist, second-row captain's chairs, tri-zone climate control, and rear-seat entertainment.

Available safety features include traction control, stability control, anti-lock brakes, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, rear-view camera, lane-departure warning, driver-attention monitoring system, pre-collision system with radar cruise control, and dual-front, driver- and passenger-knee, front-side, second-row-side and all-row side-curtain airbags.

The base price for the 2017 Lexus GX 460 is $51,280, excluding any delivery or destination fees.
