2017 Buick LaCrosse

2017 Buick LaCrosse: Redesigned for this year, the 2017 Buick LaCrosse is an entry-luxury sedan that competes with the Ford Taurus and Lexus ES 350. The redesign gives the LaCrosse new exterior looks while Buick has also made the car lower, longer, wider and lighter.

This five-seat sedan gets a new 3.6-liter V6 that makes 310 horsepower and a new six-speed automatic transmission to go along with its new looks. The LaCrosse is available with front-wheel or all-wheel drive. Fuel economy is rated at 21 mpg city/31 mpg highway with front-wheel drive and 20/29 with all-wheel drive.

Trim levels range from base to Preferred to Essence to Premium, and notable available features include wireless charging, teen-driving monitor, leather seats, lumbar support system and LED headlights and taillights.

Available safety features include 10 standard airbags (including front-knee), rearview camera, rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot alert, lane-change alert, automatic park assist, front pedestrian detection, front automatic braking, adaptive cruise control, forward-collision alert and safety-alert seat.

The LaCrosse starts at $32,990, including the destination fee, and it's built in Detroit/Hamtramck, Michigan.
