THE SLINGSHOT GRAND TOURING LIMITED EDITION MAKES
OFFICIAL DEBUT AT CHICAGO AUTO SHOW
CHICAGO (Feb. 9, 2018) – At the 2018 Chicago Auto Show Media Preview, Slingshot showed off its new Grand Touring Limited Edition – the latest offering in the luxury autocycle’s portfolio.
The bold, three-wheel vehicle is blends the attributes of a car with the freedom of a motorcycle, offering drivers a unique and futuristic driving experience. Powered by a 2.4-liter I-4 engine, and weighing in at less than 1,800 lbs., the Grand Touring LE delivers 174 horsepower and 166 lb.-ft. of torque. On the interior, Quilted Comfort Seats and an infotainment system, built-in navigation and a backup camera are all available in the Limited Edition.
“The Grand Touring LE is a fully-loaded, limited-edition model for the driver looking for the latest and greatest in technology, rider comfort and premium styling,” said Rachael Elia, brand marketing manager. “The Grand Touring LE is the perfect offering whether looking to escape town for the weekend or turn heads while cruising Main Street.”
The Grand Touring Limited Edition will start at $29,999 and is slated to be in dealer showrooms across North America by early March.
