Chrysler Unveils Pacifica 35th Anniversary Edition at the
Chicago Auto Show Media Preview

CHICAGO (Feb. 7, 2019) – Chrysler unveiled the Pacifica 35th Anniversary Edition during the 2019 Chicago Auto Show Media Preview on Feb. 7. The special-edition model was created to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the original 1984 Plymouth Voyager.

Mary Ann Capo, head of minivan product management for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, stated “We are appealing to a new generation with our minivans. We are leading the segment, selling twice as many minivans as others.”

The Chrysler Pacifica boasts industry-exclusive stow-and-go seating and the “Are We There Yet” GPS app for kids.

The anniversary edition also comes standard with an all-black interior featuring Cranberry Wine accent stitching on the seats, steering wheel, door trim, instrument panel bezels and door handles. There's also a 35th anniversary logo on the floor mats plus badges on the grille and liftgate.

Three different trim levels are offered: Touring L, featuring memory driver’s seat, eight-passenger seating, Mopar overheard DVD and 18-inch wheels; Touring L Plus adds a dual-pane sunroof; and the Limited, which adds 20-inch wheels.

A hybrid model is also available. The Hybrid Touring L model includes premium audio group with 13 alpine speakers, Uconnect 4C navigation with 8.4-inch display and 17-inch wheels. The Hybrid Limited adds 18-inch wheels. The S Appearance package can also be added to any 35th Anniversary edition Pacifica or Pacifica Hybrid for an even sportier, blacked-out, customized exterior.

The minivan ranges from $27,000 to $45,000. It’s available for orders this spring and will hit dealerships beginning this summer.
