Curated Chicago will host a new conference called Thrive and Drive, designed to inspire, connect and empower women taking place from 2-8 p.m. Emceed by WCIU's Diana Gutierrez, Thrive and Drive will feature 20 speakers in a quick-paced, idea-packed TED-style mini talks beginning at 2 p.m.

Immediately following the conference is a facilitated networking event with AccelerateHERS, a group of leading entrepreneurs and master networkers including:

The Thrive and Drive evening program begins at 6 p.m. with a fireside chat discussion emceed by Sylvia Perez of FOX 32 Chicago, featuring Katrina Markoff, founder and CEO of Vosges Chocolate, and Julie Smolyansky, CEO of Lifeway Foods. The discussion will revolve around these two leading businesswomen's lives, challenges and the power of strong female relationships.

The Thrive and Drive programing concludes with the 2020 Women of Vision awards programmed with Jeanne Sparrow, radio host, as emcee. This year's honorees include:

  • Community Award: Julie Hightower, Board President, The Daisie Foundation
  • Founders Award: Katrina Markoff, founder of Vosges Chocolate
  • Philanthropy Award: Felicia Davis, CEO, Chicago Foundation for Women
  • Technology Award: Andrea Sreshta, founder of LuminAid
  • Woman of the Year: Julie Smolyansky, CEO of Lifeway Foods, author, philanthropist and producer
