HYUNDAI REVEALS UPDATED MODELS OF THE SANTA FE AND SANTA FE SPORT AT THE 2016 CHICAGO AUTO SHOW
 
CHICAGO (February 11, 2016) - Hyundai debuted freshened versions of the Santa Fe and Santa Fe Sport mid-size crossovers during the Media Preview of the 2016 Chicago Auto Show. The updated Santa Fe models are intended to meet the growing demand of CUVs in the United States. 
 
 "The Santa Fe Sport will have additional capacity to supply the growing demand," said Brandon Ramirez, senior group manager, product planning, Hyundai Motor America.
 
The revamped crossovers feature a fresh exterior design, additional infotainment, LED lighting signatures and safety technologies. The Santa Fe Sport is priced starting at $23,350 and the Santa Fe is priced starting at $30,800. Both models are expected to go on sale this year.
 
Also mentioned during the Media Preview was the Hyundai Tucson, which has the versatility of a crossover plus fuel efficiently similar to a car. Hyundai anticipates selling 90,000 of them this year.
