Hopkins Ford of Elgin Owner Jay Hopkins Elected to Chicago Automobile Trade Association Board of Directors
Jay Hopkins, owner of Hopkins Ford of Elgin, was elected to join the Chicago Automobile Trade Association (CATA) board of directors this June.
“It is an honor and a privilege to be elected to the CATA board,” said Hopkins. “I look forward to working with my fellow directors and serving Chicagoland’s new-car dealers.”
Elected to serve a three-year term, Hopkins joins three incumbents who won re-election to the CATA board, including:

Kevin Keefe, Brilliance Honda of Crystal Lake and Brilliance Subaru of Elgin

Tom Shirey, Shirey Cadillac, Oak Lawn
Hopkins brings 15 years of professional experience to the CATA board of directors and has overseen operations at Hopkins Ford for six years. Hopkins is a St. Edwards Central Catholic High School graduate and has a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in Chicago.
