• Badge is intended for use by the individual named
  • Named badge and matching government issued photo ID must be presented for admission when requested.
  • Beginning July 9 badge is required during move-in, public show and move-out.
  • Beginning July 13 badge is scanned each day on entry. Once scanned it is no longer valid for admission on that day. A wristband will be required for reentry on the same day.
  • Beginning July 13, badge is valid for entry 8a.m. – 10 p.m. Outside of these times, Show Management approval is required to access the show floor.
  • There will be an Exhibitor Entrance located next to the west entrance of the show. It will be open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. July 14, 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. July 15-18, and 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. July 19.
  • McCormick Place requires special registration from EACs to enter building.
  • Accompanying wristband may be required during installation.
  • Badge will be required for McCormick Place entry. Entry locations will be limited during move-in and move-out.
  • Duplication of badges is illegal.
  • Badge holder agrees to comply with show, building, city of Chicago, and state of Illinois health and safety rules which may be revised at any time.
  • Issues with credentials, Show Office can assist 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. July 9, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. July 12 - 14, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. July 15-18, and 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. July 19.   

Chicago Automobile Trade Association (CATA) reserves the right to refuse admission. Holder of this badge holds CATA harmless for any personal injury or loss or damage to property and grants permission to CATA to use his image, likeness, actions, or statements in any audio, video, or photographic reproduction made for any purpose by or through CATA without further authorization or compensation.
