First staged in 1901, the Chicago Auto Show is the largest auto show in North America and has been held more times than any other auto exposition on the continent. This year marks the 117th edition of the Chicago Auto Show.

    Appearing in the Chevrolet exhibit at the 2008 Chicago Auto Show was the yellow and black Camaro concept car that was one of the four stars of the live-action-adventure film, “Transformers.” In the movie, when the Camaro changes, it becomes “Bumblebee,” a central character in the saga of aliens who take mechanical forms when on Earth. The concept car placed the powerful small block V-8 heart into a formfitting angular package. "You can't buy a new Camaro Coupe of Convertible...yet. Chevrolet has announced it will go on sale in 2009. Just the thought gets your hear racing."
