Chevrolet's New Promise: If You Don't Love It, Return It
What do you do if you don't fall in love with your new car? You bring it back to the dealership - if it's a Chevy. Chevrolet is so confident in its designs, easy-to-use technologies, comprehensive safety and quality, they're going the extra mile to allow customers to actually return their purchased vehicle if they don't absolutely love it.
For all vehicles purchased during the Chevy Confidence program, customers have from 30 to 60 days to return all 2012 or 2013 model year vehicles with less than 4,000 miles and no damage. Additionally, Chevy is offering a "Total Confidence Pricing" for all 2012 model year vehicles at a special rate and will offer all current vehicle-specific incentives - providing customers with no need to negotiate.
The "love it or return it" policy is quite a promise, but - with Chevy's recent sales success - the manufacturer has a whole new sense of confidence. In 2011, Chevy set a sales record of 4.76 million vehicles sold and continues to build on its success: Chevy just accomplished its best-ever first quarter sales of 1.18 million vehicles.
