This year's Midwest Automotive Media Association's (MAMA) Fall Rally lived up to the hype and delivered 75 new vehicles, 75 journalists and a full-day of on-road, off-road and race-track driving. Over 150 MAMA members in all convened at the Autobahn Country Club in Joliet, Ill., on Wed. Sept. 28 to have some "fun" with new cars and old friends.

Those waiting in line for a Tesla Model 3 might want to consider asking for their deposit back as the Bolt EV is likely to be on sale a year before the new Tesla even begins deliveries. Not only with the Bolt start hitting dealerships late this year, but offers a longer estimated range than Tesla's Model 3.

Today, Nissan announced pricing for its all-new 2017 Armada – a full-size SUV that made its global debut at the 2016 Chicago Auto Show. Now on sale at dealerships nationwide, the Armada has a starting price of $44,400. 

On the heels of the Sprinter WORKER reveal at the 2016 Chicago Auto Show, Mercedes-Benz has announced an expansion of the WORKER lineup to include the Metris. Available in both passenger and cargo configuration, the Metris WORKER Cargo will start at just $25,995, while the Metris WORKER Passenger van will start at $29,995.

Safety technology has evolved since the standard seat belt was included in most automobiles around the 1960s. Today, most states mandate all passengers wear their seat belts. This has widely shown a decrease in traffic fatalities. A majority of collisions result in part due to human error from simple distractions such as phones or taking a sip of coffee.
