Back in February Swedish automaker Volvo took the cover off of a pair of high-strung luxury cars, the S60 Polestar and V60 Polestar. S60 is a sedan and V60 is a wagon. Each is among the fastest vehicles Volvo has ever sold in the United States. The Polestar-badged cars are designed to fight hyper-performance trims at BMW, Cadillac and Mercedes-Benz -- specifically M, V and AMG.
