Today, Nissan announced pricing for its all-new 2017 Armada – a full-size SUV that made its global debut at the 2016 Chicago Auto Show. Now on sale at dealerships nationwide, the Armada has a starting price of $44,400.

 

 

The full-size, eight-passenger SUV is an integral part of Nissan’s “Year of the Truck.” All models are powered by a 390-hp 5.6-liter V8 engine, which, according to Nissan, offers best-in-class horsepower. The engine mates to a 7-speed automatic transmission. Rear- or four-wheel-drive models are available and towing capacity is 8,500 pounds.

 

 

The new Armada also has a suite of available safety and security features including class-exclusive predictive forward collision warning, backup collision intervention and around view monitoring with moving object detection. 

 

 

The redesigned chassis features rugged body-on-frame construction, but also maintains the first-generation Armada’s athletic image – just with added contemporary style. Inside, the Armada combines style, roominess and premium interior comfort including “library level” interior noise levels when idle.
